Transcripts are ONLY provided for students in Grades 9-12 transferring out of
Pinnacle School or for college entrance requirements.

Records for students enrolled in Grades K-8 are ONLY provided upon transfer to another school or educational institution upon receipt of written request from that educational institution.
Parents/teachers should maintain grade reports and credit status for their own student(s).

Note: VERY IMPORTANT! If this transcript is for a college or vocational school, in most instances the transcript should be mailed directly from Pinnacle School to the institution. When mailed directly from Pinnacle School to an institution it is considered OFFICIAL. The college/vocational school to which you are applying MAY NOT accept transcripts delivered by a student or parent. Simply type in your college/vocational school address to which you are applying. If you desire one to be sent to your home, complete an additional form with only that address listed.

All graduating seniors receive a FREE transcript within their diploma package sent upon graduation. All transcripts requested for a college/vocational school will be forwarded without charge to the address indicated. All other transcript requests require a $5.00 fee paid in advance. Additional requests for copies to be mailed to more than two addresses must include a $5.00 fee for each additional address.
